Cannot be used for Earthly Love® wholesale purchases.
Cannot be transferred between the Retail, Wholesale, and Inmate Orders websites or accounts.
Does not override correctional-facility rules, product restrictions, ordering limits, or recipient eligibility requirements.

Protect Your Gift Card Code

Please treat your gift card code like cash.

The purchaser is responsible for safeguarding the gift card code and providing it only to the intended recipient.

Once a gift card code has been voluntarily given, texted, emailed, forwarded, shared, or otherwise disclosed to another person, the purchaser should consider the code to be in that person's possession.

Earthly Love® is not responsible for determining ownership of a gift card code after the purchaser has voluntarily disclosed it.

Family and Personal Disputes

Earthly Love® does not mediate disputes concerning possession or use of a gift card between family members, spouses, partners, friends, intended recipients, purchasers, or other third parties.

We will not freeze, cancel, transfer, reassign, or restore gift card funds solely because the purchaser and recipient later have a disagreement concerning who should be permitted to use the gift card.

Once the purchaser voluntarily provides the gift card code to another person, responsibility for controlling access to that code passes to the purchaser and recipient.

Gift card value that has already been redeemed will not be restored because of a private dispute between individuals, except where required by applicable law.

Lost, Misplaced, or Disclosed Codes

Earthly Love® is not responsible for gift card codes that are lost, deleted, misplaced, forwarded, improperly stored, or voluntarily disclosed to another person.

Replacement of a lost or compromised gift card code is not guaranteed.

If Earthly Love® agrees or is legally required to investigate a replacement request, we may require the original purchaser to provide the original order information, purchaser verification, proof of purchase, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify the remaining gift card balance.

A gift card balance that has already been legitimately redeemed cannot be restored simply because the purchaser later reports that the code was lost, shared, or provided to the wrong person, except where required by law.

Fraud and Unauthorized Activity

Nothing in these terms prevents Earthly Love® from restricting, suspending, or investigating a gift card when we reasonably believe there has been fraud, unauthorized access to our systems, payment fraud, a chargeback, theft, or other unlawful activity.

A personal disagreement between individuals, however, is not by itself considered unauthorized activity by Earthly Love® when the gift card code was voluntarily provided to another person.

Facility and Order Restrictions

Possession of an Earthly Love Inmate Orders Gift Card does not guarantee that a particular product or order will be accepted by a correctional institution.

All purchases remain subject to:

Correctional-facility regulations
Earthly Love Inmate Orders policies
Product eligibility requirements
Quantity and package limitations
Recipient eligibility
Shipping and institutional requirements

The gift card does not create an exception to any institutional or Earthly Love Inmate Orders purchasing requirement.

Gift Card Balance

The gift card may be used until its available balance has been exhausted.

Gift card balances are not transferable to an Earthly Love® Retail or Wholesale gift card and cannot be converted into store credit for another Earthly Love sales channel.

Cash redemption, refunds, replacement rights, and other gift-card rights will be provided when required by applicable law.

By purchasing an Earthly Love Inmate Orders Gift Card, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and accepted these restrictions and understand that:
