CDCR Approval Notice

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) has approved this independent vendor to sell merchandise to inmates and the public. CDCR's brief review and approval of this vendor was strictly limited to minimum security requirements and general business intent. CDCR is not affiliated with this vendor and does not guarantee that the vendor will fulfill any obligations, perform as expected, nor permanently remain in business, nor does CDCR guarantee the vendor’s products in any way. Any purchases from this vendor are at the buyer’s sole risk. CDCR assumes no liability whatsoever for such purchases, nor any aspect thereof. Any issues or disputes regarding the vendor’s products are the sole responsibility of the buyer and/or the vendor, and CDCR is not obligated to mediate or resolve any such disputes.

Checkout Instructions

• Use your billing address and the inmate’s shipping address.

• Enter the inmate’s CDCR # in the Last Name field.

• Enter the prison name, yard location, and restriction status in the Company field.

• Complete all other fields as normal.

• If substitutions are allowed, include alternate item requests in the Notes section.

• Orders missing yard or restriction details may be delayed or rejected.

Shipping Rate:
$10.00 flat rate for orders placed with an institutional check.

All inmate orders ship on Fridays.
Orders must be received before Thursday morning to be included in that week’s shipment.

Religious Oil Quantity Limits

All prisons may order up to 4 ounces of religious oil per order.
Solano State Prison may order up to 8 ounces per order.

When you add Earthly Love Shipping Protection™, our team personally follows up on every report. We verify delivery directly with the carrier or facility and replace qualified orders at no cost according to the protection tier you select.

Retail Orders

– If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we verify delivery with the carrier.
– If delivery cannot be confirmed, we replace or refund the full value.
– If the carrier confirms successful delivery, replacements or refunds cannot be issued.

CDCR Orders

– We communicate with facility staff to confirm delivery or disposal.
– If the package is reported not delivered or disposed of by officers, we resend it at no cost.
– If the facility confirms receipt, the order is considered fulfilled.
– If returned by staff we reship for free.
– If items are confirmed stolen we replace for free.

Coverage Tiers

– Tier 1 – Orders up to $50 → $3.99
– Tier 2 – Orders $50 – $100 → $5.99
– Tier 3 – Orders $100 – $150 → $6.99
– Tier 4 – Orders $150 and above → $9.99

Payment Calculation Example

$24.00 × 9.5% = $1.90 tax
Order Amount × Tax % = Tax Amount
Order + Tax + Shipping = Total Amount

Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only for orders canceled before shipment.

• Canceled or returned orders incur a 15% restocking fee.

• Orders not claimed within 60 days will be discarded.

Reship Policy

Orders returned by the institution may be reshipped to the inmate for a $10.00 fee. Unless you have shipping protection.

Alternate Items Policy

• All orders should include alternate oils or substitute items. Placed in the notes section of the checkout page and or ordering form.

• Orders without alternates may be held, substituted, or returned at the discretion of Earthly Love® staff.
